ImpCom is a stand alone insurance vehicle for buyers of corporate hospitality packages. Individuals, hospitality agents or companies can insure their hospitality through the site.

ImpCom is supported by underwriters at Lloyd’s of London with an A+ security rating and is FSA registered and approved.

We are a web based company where it only takes a few minutes to insure your corporate hospitality package and has been designed with speed and simplicity in mind.

What is ImpCom Hospitality Insurance?

ImpCom provides for a refund of the full purchase price of the hospitality package should the event be cancelled or abandoned. In addition the individual attendee package price is also covered if for any reason beyond the individuals control he or she is unable to attend the booked event.   

How does this operate?

Log on to ImpCom and gain a ‘quick quote’ for your hospitality insurance. If you want to proceed then click to register your details with ImpCom and buy your refund insurance cover instantly. When you next visit ImpCom your details will already be registered so you can simply log in and gain instant access to your refund insurance requirements.

Once purchased your hospitality insurance cover will be confirmed by a separate email advice which will include your policy/cover documentation, claims procedure and ImpCom contact details

How can I claim a refund?

HCS are Hyperion Claims Services and are world renowned in the area of claims settlement for sports, leisure and entertainment events. HCS is an independent third party who act on behalf of ImpCom to administer and settle all refund applications.

How do you contact HCS ?

Simply by e mail to Claims@eosclaims.com and they will respond almost instantly with the refund application form and required details to allow HCS to agree and settle your ImpCom insurance refund.

5 Easy Steps to Peace of Mind

Step 1

Use the quick quote to find out how much it will cost to insure your hospitality packages.

Step 2

If you want to proceed you will need to register with ImpCom. You will only have to do this the first time you visit, on subsequent visits you will simply log in

Step 3

Enter the number of guests and the lead name and email address of insured.

Step 4

Pay for your cover by credit or debit card and a policy document will be emailed to you together with a receipt confirming your cover.

Step 5

If you need to make a claim, email your claim to Claims@eosclaims.com and you will be sent a refund application form to complete about your claim.
